The Mama Lounge was created with one purpose in mind: to give mothers and families a place to feel supported, connected, and cared for.
What began 8 years ago through Flat River Doulas has grown into something even deeper. This is the natural next step in that journey, a welcoming space where education, connection, healing, and community can come together under one roof.
Whether you’re preparing for birth, navigating postpartum, trying to figure out breastfeeding, building friendships, attending a class or support group, or simply looking for a place where you feel understood. You belong here.
It’s a community-centered space built for real conversations, meaningful support, and the kind of village every parent deserves.
